At my local coffee shop there's a barista with this impressive yet kinda gross dread-tail. I took this sneaky photo with my camera phone, so the quality isn't that great. But I'm sure you can feel the excitement I felt of being a paparazzi.
This tail reminded me of how my brother used to have a rattail when he was 8 and I was so disgusted with it that I used to threaten to cut it off in his sleep, and I would have if I hadn't been too busy writing bad poetry.
Whenever are rat-tails going to come back? And for that matter- dreadlocks, are those going to make a comeback in the mainstream or is it forever doomed to be the hairstyle of choice for Rastafarians and anarchists?
